In 2016 we opened the doors of a section dedicated to WUKF Karate enthusiasts, under the guidance of coach Nicolae Stanciu. Soon after, Kiss Ibolya Noemi - or Iby, as all her students know her - joined the team and continued to shape and inspire generations of young karateka.

An experience of mastery and discipline
With Iby at the helm, I have seen amazing transformations - not just sporting success, but personal and mental growth. Our rigorous, step-by-step work has yielded impressive results: our athletes have returned with medals from national and international competitions, including European and World Championships!

Unique international experiences
And because we always want to offer the best, from 2022 we are organising training camps with Christoph Pinna, one of the world's most renowned karateka and multiple world champion.

Our community
Currently, 40 athletes, aged 5 to 16, are developing their skills and passion for karate in our section. And, as well as our chess section, we pride ourselves on our "Olimpiada Juvenes" programme, where 15 children from disadvantaged backgrounds and children's homes develop their skills and keep themselves in excellent physical and emotional shape.
